How can I increase my job post exposure?
There are many ways that a job post can reach a candidate in Kalibrr. We recommend jobs to candidates via email, in-app, and through product partners like Google and Facebook.
As a recruiter like you, the best way to take control of your job post exposure is by optimizing your job post through 3 ways: (1) adding better search keywords, (2) including relevant job information, and (3) making search results stand out.
1. Add better search keywords.

First, define your target. What level of jobseeker are you looking for? Is it a junior, mid-level, or senior candidate? Next, put yourself in their shoes. For example, if you’re a junior developer, what kind of keywords would matter to you? You would probably start by typing in Junior Software Engineer, and go from there and chances are, you would search for specific keywords like, React, JavaScript, or Flask. It depends on the type of developer job you’re looking for.
So, if you’re the recruiter, try combining both the general keyword like “Junior Software Engineer” and more specific keywords to the job title and description to attract more candidates.
2. Include relevant job information.

The Job Post Creator has an “Improve Your Job Post” section where you can add relevant job information. Based on our data, you can gain over 3-times more candidates by completing this section.
For example, you can include salary information. Filling this up will show transparency and will save time for both you and the candidate. It will also be displayed on the job post card which will make your post stand out from the rest.
